Come out before the weather gets too hot and learn the basics of tennis fitness with personal trainer Calie Harris-Flores and tennis USPTA pro Mike Smith including:

🎾 Strength training for injury prevention in upper body mechanics.

🎾 Agility and speed in a safe and effective way.

🎾 Developing the lower body for both power and endurance on the court.

🎾 Mobility and flexibility according to a tennis player.

🎾 Properly warm-up and cool-down in a snap.

Pay for the month in advance = $80.

Pay at the start of  each class= $25 per.
