The first session or, initial assessment, is comprised of measuring (anthropomorphic, body composition, aerobic ability, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and posture). For this session, I will ask that you avoid caffeine, heavy meals or exercise 2 hours prior to the appointment. Comfortable clothing for exercise is appropriate. For the body composition test I will need to have you remove shoes and socks.


For the successive sessions, I will teach, show and construct a series of exercises to help bridge the gap between your current physical status and your fitness goals that we both find realistic. We may train 1, 2 or 3 times per week depending on our availability and needs analysis for the desired training effect.


The training package prices range from 5 for S350 ($70 per), 10 for $650 ($65 per) or 20 for $1200 ($60 per). For 2 people, add half the fee of the package that you choose. I can accept check or cash. Please let me know of you have any further questions.
